Cloud Save+ Support
Cloud Save+ helps you back up, organize, download, and manage your files securely across your account.
Free plan
Every account includes 1 GB of free storage with manual and automatic backup. Sharing and receiving files are available on Cloud Save+ paid plans.
Backups and storage
- Use Automatic Backup to keep supported content backed up.
- Use manual upload whenever you want to save specific files.
- If your account reaches its storage limit, you can delete existing files or upgrade your plan.
Subscriptions
Cloud Save+ offers paid storage plans. Purchases made through the iPhone app are managed through your Apple Account. You can restore an existing Apple purchase from the Cloud Save+ subscription screen using Restore Purchases.
To change or cancel an Apple subscription, use Manage Subscription in the app or manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewal; access remains available until the current paid period ends.
