Cloud Save+ Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Cloud Save+, we may collect the following information:

• Account and profile information: your name, email address, account/user ID, optional username, and account verification information.
• Files and documents: files and documents that you choose to upload, save, back up, or share through Cloud Save+.
• Photos and videos: photos and videos that you choose to upload, save, back up, or share.
• Audio: voice notes, sound recordings, and other supported audio that you choose to save or upload.
• In-app messages: messages you send through Cloud Save+ chat and file-sharing features.
• Purchase and subscription information: subscription product, entitlement, billing period, purchase status, renewal status, expiry status, and related transaction identifiers provided by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cloud Save+ does not collect or store your full payment card or bank account details.
• Storage information: storage usage, storage reservations, file metadata, upload status, and information needed to operate backup, restore, and file management features.

We use the information above to:

• create, verify, authenticate, and manage Cloud Save+ accounts;
• provide cloud storage, automatic backup, manual backup, file management, download, restore, and deletion features;
• provide user-to-user file sharing and associated chat functionality where available;
• verify subscriptions and apply the correct storage plan and paid feature entitlements;
• protect accounts, prevent abuse or fraud, and enforce security and storage limits;
• maintain service reliability and respond to support requests.

Cloud Save+ only uploads files, photos, videos, audio, and documents that are selected by you or included in backup features that you enable. Where Cloud Save+ allows you to share content with another Cloud Save+ user, that sharing happens because you choose to send or accept the content through the app.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms may collect payment information under their own privacy policies. Cloud Save+ receives subscription and transaction information needed to verify purchases and grant the correct plan. We do not receive or store your complete card number or bank account credentials.

Cloud Save+ uses infrastructure and service providers to operate the service, including cloud hosting and storage providers. User files and service data may be processed by these providers only as necessary to provide Cloud Save+ functionality, security, delivery, backup, and storage services.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use Cloud Save+ user data for third-party advertising.

Cloud Save+ uses encrypted network connections for data transmitted between the app and production services. We also use access controls and account authentication designed to prevent unauthorised access to user data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We retain account information and user-stored content for as long as your Cloud Save+ account remains active or as needed to provide the service. Files placed in Trash may continue to count toward storage and remain stored until they are permanently deleted. Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or enforcement of agreements.

You may delete individual stored files from within Cloud Save+. You may also request deletion of your Cloud Save+ account and associated data.

To request account deletion, visit our Cloud Save+ Account Deletion page or email cloudsave.ng@gmail.com using the email address associated with your Cloud Save+ account. We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Cloud Save+ is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly target the service to children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Cloud Save+, legal requirements, or our data practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
